FAQs

  • Yes, you can. Please shower before your service if possible and use the free tampons and body wipes I provide in my studio.

  • Rule of thumb: Can you pinch and pull the hair? Is it about the length of a grain of rice?

For clients in a shaving routine: 2 weeks from the last shave or trim is ideal.

For clients in a waxing routine: 4 weeks from the date of your last service is ideal.

  • Please exfoliate the area to be sugared 24 hours before your appointment.

The sugaring process acts as a gentle exfoliation while removing unwanted hair. However, this preparation helps uncover any hair that may be trapped beneath the skins surface.

  • No! The best way to prepare for a successful service is to leave your hair at the length it is. If I feel trimming your hair will provide a quicker and more comfortable service for you, I will do so before sugaring. Trimming the hair too short may result in a request to reschedule to give you the best possible results!

  • It’s touch-up time! New clients are invited to book a quick service 7-10 days after their previous appointment to grab the hairs from the next cycle of growth. This is especially helpful for first timers or those who have been in a shaving routine. This service is not required 7-10 days after every appointment, only the first one.
